graphicWe build templates

Print documents often follow a standard structure. This can help users of documents within an organization because they can "learn" how to use a document.

Templates (electronic structuring guides) enable users of documents to use a tool (such as Microsoft Word) and, based on the template settings, structure documents so they meet standardized organizational requirements.

Info.Design builds templates incorporating design features and providing user instructions.

Features

Features include the following: previously constructed headers and footers; fields to insert the date and replace text; company logo, page margins and other page layout options; automatic table of contents; and styles.

Instructions

When we build templates, we include instructions to help the user complete specific tasks. For example, we will help users create an automatic table of contents, use a word processor’s "Style" feature, view styles, create tables, and change headers and footers.
