Thom HallerThom Haller, user advocate

After several years working as a writer, trainer, and information designer, Thom founded Info.Design to apply the science of information architecture in the workplace. "I think it's possible" Thom wrote in January 97, "for people to open a page of text or visit an online site, find the information they need, and get on with the rest of their lives." This spirit infuses the work of Thom and Info.Design.

Thom as been called an "information architecture evangelist." His classes have been labeled "fun" and "enjoyable and "effective."
