graphicOur Staff

We, the staff of Info.Design, believe in what we do. We are tired of information overload and have personally felt the impact of confusing information. Each information architect working with Info.Design has set a personal goal of structuring information so that people can find it and use it. We believe efficient communication is not only possible, it is essential in today's information-driven economy.

Thom Haller, the founder of Info.Design, serves as a teacher and user-advocate. In his work, he reminds organizations and individuals that it's possible to structure information with the user in mind. He's available as a teacher, a coach, a consultant, and a team-leader.

Our Organizational Structure

Info.Design helps organizations release the untapped potential of information structure as it relates to improving performance, boosting productivity and increasing productivity. We are a "teaching organization" - our goal is not only to help our clients learn what we know, but to help them apply this knowledge so they can become better at what they do.

Our organizational structure supports this mission. During the early days of Info.Design, Thom would encounter clients who would say, "Thanks for the useful ideas, but who will help us implement them?" To meet these needs, Thom organized a core team of information architects and obtained support from partnering specialists, consultants, and organizations.

To help organizations structure information with the user in mind, we've assembled a core team of information architects and teachers that help us help clients. This team has worked together on contracts for Arthur Andersen Consulting, National Education Association, WorldBank/IMF Joint Fund Library. They've taught individuals and organizations, and helped develop the Info.Design curriculum, "Structuring Information with the User in Mind."
