Publications Our workbook, "Writing for the Web: Structuring Information with the User in Mind," guides you and your organization through a user-focused, research supported processes for helping people find information, use it, and appreciate the experience. The workbook incorporates the rules we teach for evaluating, chunking, and organizing information. We have a six-year history of building guidebooks for clients.
