graphicWe build publications

As User Advocates, Info.Design is committed to building publications that demystify the challenges associated with structuring information. We find that publications often talk about an idea but they don't offer specifics on what we can do. We offer an alternative.

Publications

Our workbook, "Writing for the Web: Structuring Information with the User in Mind," guides you and your organization through a user-focused, research supported processes for helping people find information, use it, and appreciate the experience.

The workbook incorporates the rules we teach for evaluating, chunking, and organizing information. We have a six-year history of building guidebooks for clients. If you are interested in how we can reshape your organization's documents, contact us at thom@thomhaller.com.
