graphicWe craft presentations

As User Advocates, Info.Design is committed to crafting presentations that demystify the challenges associated with structuring information.

Presentations often bore people rather than empower them. We offer an alternative.

Presentations

Info.Design is known for their energizing and informative presentations. Thom's speaking style, in particular, has been called "riotous." His content has been called "illuminating" - and the process has reshaped thinking for hundreds of websites.

Thom's presentations take many forms:

Classes. Info.Design offers customized and open-enrollment classes on topics related to structuring information with the user in mind. Instead of going through a "middleman" who books the training, we offer our classes directly to you in a computer classroom in downtown Washington DC, or at your own location. Review our training information and contact Info.Design at thom@thomhaller.com.

Executive Overviews. We have found that one of the biggest challenges organizations face is responding to the new expectations of workplace users of information. Our Executive Overview is designed to give busy executives an opportunity to learn the importance of structuring information with the user in mind. We've synthesized research from academic and professional literature and shaped it to show executives how the structure of information in their organization relates to organizational performance.

We are so confident your executives will see immediate relevance to your work and your clientele; we'll provide you with a money-back guarantee. View a sample executive overview. And contact Info.Design at executiveoverview@infodn.com to learn more about one hour that will change the way you think.

Conference Presentations. We love the opportunity to add fun and useful information to conferences. Among our recent opportunities were speaking to public relations professionals at the National Education Association PR-Conference, and the National Public Radio/Public Broadcasting System Interactive Summit. Attendees informed us that our presentation kept them entertained, offered a breadth of material, and was the most useful time spent at the conference.

For each conference presentation, we will craft an on-line "student page." This page gives your participants an opportunity to download tools and learn more about structuring information with the user in mind.

Inspirational Programs. We believe in adult education and support organizations locally as a guest speaker. These jam-packed presentations give your audiences a chance to learn more about the emerging field of Information Architecture, and to learn the value of structuring information with the user in mind.
